Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds

Customers are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation is requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled booking date.

Refund requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund.

Date Changes

More than 72 hours before the booking Customers may request either a full refund or a change of date, subject to availability.

Between 24 and 72 hours before the booking Customers may request one date change only, subject to availability.

Less than 24 hours before the booking Date changes may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability, at the sole discretion of the instructor.

No-Shows

Customers who do not attend the booked session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Weather Conditions

If the experience must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will be offered either:

• a rescheduled date, or
• a full refund.
