Welcome to Clay Shooting Experience Cyprus.
By booking or participating in our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be completed through our website or an agreed booking method.
Payment may be required in advance to secure your reservation.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation.
2. Participation Requirements
Participants must:

be at least 18 years old, or be accompanied by a responsible adult

follow all safety instructions given by the instructor

be physically capable of participating in the activity
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unsafe or unsuitable to participate.
3. Safety Rules
Safety is our highest priority.
All participants must wear the provided ear protection and safety glasses and follow the instructor's instructions at all times.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Clay shooting is a sporting activity that carries inherent risks.
By participating in this experience, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Clay Shooting Experience Cyprus and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur during the activity, except where required by applicable law.
Participants take part at their own risk.
Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking date.
Between 24 and 72 hours before the booking, customers may request one date change, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours before the booking, date changes may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability, at the discretion of the instructor.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
6. Weather Conditions
In the event that the activity cannot take place due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will be offered either:

a rescheduled session, or
-
a full refund.
7. Media & Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to the possible use of such media on our website and social media channels.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please inform us before the session begins.
8. Changes to the Experience
We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions if necessary due to safety, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled session or refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
